The Nordplus programme is an exchange and scholarship programme under the Nordic Council of Ministers targeted at students at Nordic universities etc. who wish to carry out parts of their education at an institution of higher education in another Nordic country, i.e. Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Iceland.

Nordplus consists of 5 sub-programmes. The programme’s objectives and structure are laid out in the Nordplus Programme Document 2018-2022.
